OUR STORY

Hammonton is a town that’s known for many things. From the blueberry farms that encompass the town to the festivals that the locals look forward to every year, this Italian town has many great things to offer. That even includes many of the great restaurants that are located in this tight knit community.

Born and raised in the town, Sal Silipino is an all-time foodie that enjoys being in the kitchen. While running his landscaping business, Garden State Grounds Control with his wife Nancy and three kids Ryan, Kevin and Nikki, Sal always found time to fulfill his passion. Making delicious food for all to enjoy! Throughout his life, you could always find Sal volunteering his time at Hammonton Hawks concession stand and Hammonton High School football games, along with many other places. He would enjoy dining at local restaurants throughout the town and always wanted to dabble in the food industry. The opportunity presented itself at the start of 2021 and Sal and Nancy are the new owners of Apron Café.

Open for breakfast, lunch & Wednesday night dinner (1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 4pm - 8pm), guests can enjoy delicious meals everyday between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Most of the time patrons will have the opportunity to see airplanes and helicopters land and take off.

So what are you waiting for? Fly on in and eat with us! We look forward to serving you.
